This is one of my favourite Starbucks. It is easy to get to since it is in the parking lot of a shopping centre, and it has a convenient drive-thru. I have never had a bad experience with the staff here, and even if they get something wrong with the order they are more than happy to compensate. Going inside is also nice, there is both indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice, especially during the spring and summer. They play music in the background but not so loud you can't have a conversation with a friend. They offer a lot of goodies, and although the prices aren't nominal, they do a good job earning those dollars by making sure everything is top quality. There is plenty of parking as well.

I always love getting coffee, but this time we got a refresher and a tea. Bought the refillable 24 oz cups too. The staff were awesome and very friendly.

Always good coffee... They have some good choices for breakfast too. Everytime I had the Food it was nice fresh and tasty.

Maybe if you taught your employees to say thank you and your welcome it would help make it a better experience..
